April 12, 2014 .If you find yourself glued to UrbanToronto for stories about Toronto’s changing urban form, new buildings, and the urban experience, then you’re a pretty good candidate to fill seats at the Hot Docs international documentary film festival, set to hit Toronto over eleven days at the end of this month and the beginning of May.
